Happy Tuesday #41

Hi everyone,

Lately I've been doing a lot of exploring. It's my most favorite thing right now and I'm pretty good at it. Sometimes as I make my way from room to room, I like to pretend I'm Ferdinand Magellan traveling around the globe. There are so many new adventures and discoveries, but I can't understand why mommy isn't more excited. Doesn't she know how close I am to finding a lost civilization in our pantry? Grown-ups. I'll never understand them.

Explore something new this week. You never know what you might discover.

Happy Tuesday #40

Hi everyone,

I've heard it's a baby's prerogative to change her mood. Now mommy says I'm a good baby most of the time, but even she will admit I have days where I mope around the house with a fussy face. I know I shouldn't fuss because I have toys to play with, food to eat, clothes to wear (and get dirty), and so on. But there's just something cleansing about a good cry. I guess I'm not the only one who thinks so. Mommy sure has her hands full.

Get a little fussy this week.

Happy New Tuesday

Hi everyone,

I'm a baby so I'm not sure I understand this thing called the New Year and resolutions and stuff. I've heard the New Year is a time when big people get a fresh start. They get a new perspective on things and decide what they want to change or be better about. It doesn't make much sense to me, but maybe it's not a bad idea to look at things in a new way. But then again, maybe I'm taking it a bit too far.

I hope you see things clearly this year. If not, then I suggest an eye appointment.

Merry Tuesday

Hi everyone,

My first Christmas has been great so far. All last night me, mommy, and daddy tracked Santa on the Internet. According to NORAD, Santa came by my house around 11:30 PM. I'm pretty sure I heard him come in the house (I only pretended to be asleep). When I woke up this morning I was so excited to see what he brought me. I guess I need to take back what I said about Santa; he's a bit scary but he's alright. Maybe next year I'll sit on his lap. After all, he looks a little like Elmo.

I hope Santa brought you everything you wanted. He was sure good to me.

Hi everyone,

It's Christmas time and I have a problem. It's Santa. He scares me. There is something about his white hair and beard that gives me the creeps. I'll probably outgrow it, but until I do I'm avoiding his lap and sending him my list by e-mail.

This week keep Santa at a distance but hold your family near.

Hi everyone,

Just like all kids, I like the snow and ice. It's fun to see the trees glisten and the icicles hanging from the house are neat. For hours I stood by the front door all dressed for the outdoors. Finally mommy noticed...but she crushed my dream by saying it was too nasty for me to go outside. To make me feel better she gave me some shiny round thing with a silver tree in it and told me to imagine I was in a winter wonderland. Oh brother. Is she kidding?

Happy Tuesday #37

Hi everyone,

It's only the first week of December and already I'm feeling the holiday crunch. There are Christmas dresses to try on, photo shoots to attend, and gifts to buy for mommy and daddy. I've also been trying to help with the decorating. But I'm learning fast that getting ready for Christmas is not only stressful, it's down right dangerous.
